Apparently the Guardian of Forever is going to have some things to say aboutStar Trek Online pretty soon, as the folks at Cryptic Studios haveput out a teaser video that’s promising some news that’s important enough to be relayed by a giant extradimensional door being.
The video that was posted to social media simply states that there will be news about “the future ofStar Trek Online” on Tuesday, September 8th… and that’s kind of about it. No time, no location, though we expect those details will be shared soon enough. Until then, get your best and most fashionable tinfoil hats ready to wear.
But what will you do in-game while waiting for the news? Well, there are still a couple of events going on between now and September 1st, namely theAdmiralty Bonus Week and a boost eventfor R&D and duty officer assignments, followed bythe Flagship Celebration event that will let players earn their way toward a pack that marks 60 years of Star Trek; this event will run for three weeks starting September 1st.
