One Shots: To space and beyond!

Congratulations on purchasing your first spaceship from Acme Boosters Corp! ABC reminds you to fly responsibly, check to make sure that your oxygen tanks are full before venturing out into the void of space, and don’t allow any extraterrestrial hitchhikers to set up shop in your upper intestine.

Minimalistway is making history this week: “First steps in No Man’s Sky — this game is beautiful!”

“I’ve been working on this Charleston Arcade in Fallout 76 this past week,” shared an irradiated Fisty. “I’m pleased with it, it blended into the existing structures pretty well. This is one of the better ‘city’ spots, especially since it’s in the nuclear safe zone.”

And Katriana is leveling up her friendship with us by giving us the gift of a screenshot: “More landscape this week, but from Palia this time. Recently finished up the main story through Elderwood and made it to Royal Highlands.”

Doiley101 has a cramp in the mouse-clicking finger but suffered through it to bring us this Path of Exile 2 scene: “Always interesting to find places of worship in the most remote areas of a game where some Djinn has likely been imprisoned for thousands of years and yet the candles or lamps stay lit. Oddly pagoda-like shrine and a Buddha-like statue also graces the nook. This is my Monk playing a soon-to-be Acolyte of Chayula with poison damage galore.”

We’ll wrap up with this war crime in the making by Toy Clown. “Since I honed in on the word party, I have a special treat for you today! My kinship sisters and I donned our finest pastels and gathered for a bunny tea party in Sword of Justice!”

Now that we’ve all enjoyed the fruits of other players’ labors, it’s time to pitch in and contribute! Wing us some of your favorite MMO screenshots and a story to slam right under the pic. Context matters, people!

Every week, One Shots shines a spotlight on the best community screenshots from your MMO adventures. If you have a great pic to share, email it tojustin@massivelyop.com with the subject “One Shots.” Make sure that the picture is over 880px wide and comes with a description or story!
